Strength Training is the fountain of youth! No matter what your goal, a quality strength training program will play a key role in your success. With a consistent, progressive program you will feel stronger and more capable, become leaner, more energetic and experience an improved mood. So let's get started!
We keep it simple, but effective. Equipment you will need at home:
-dumbbells
-stability ball
-step, stool or access to staircase
-yoga blocks
-resistance band (not every program)
-medicine ball (not mandatory)
35-40 minute training sessions are live Monday through Thursday at 6:15 am via zoom. The replay is sent after the training session at approximately 7:30 am.
When you join, you'll receive the program tracker. Using this tool will guide you to "progressively overload" your training, the most effective way to reach your strength goals.
