Group Online Training

In our group online training sessions, you'll find an effective and efficient workout coupled with accountability at an affordable price. You will experience a 30-minute live weight training session in the comfort of your own home. And, a carefully devised plan that works the entire body between 4 days of training.  Enrolling in the 8 week program also features appropriate progression with the goal of building muscle and strength.

 

You will use a variety of equipment, including stability balls, free weights, resistance bands and a medicine ball for a well-rounded training session. Come experience what Personal Best Fitness Training can do for your body, your mind, your health.

Lifting weights is the fountain of youth! With a consistent, progressive program you will most likely feel stronger and more capable, become leaner, more energetic and experience an improved mood.  So let's get started!
