In our online group training sessions, you'll experience an effective and efficient workout coupled with accountability at an affordable price. You will experience a 35-minute strength training session in the comfort of your own home. You'll follow a carefully devised program that will have you reaching your goals.
We keep it simple, but effective. Equipment you will need at home:
-stability ball
-dumbbells
-resistance band (not every program)
-medicine ball (not mandatory)
Lifting weights is the fountain of youth! With a consistent, progressive program you will most likely feel stronger and more capable, become leaner, more energetic and experience an improved mood. So let's get started!
