Prep 8 healthy and flavorful meals. You will receive a grocery list for the ingredients needed, labels to organize the meals you take home, some of the spices needed, recipe compiling direction, prep space and use of gadgets and utensils needed to prep food. Most meals are measured to feed 4-6 people.
