Jessica is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer with over 25 years experience working in the health and fitness industry. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Fitness with a minor in Nutrition from Central Michigan University, is trained Level 3 Yogafit and a Precision Nutrition certified coach. Her specialties include group fitness, personal training, corporate wellness and community health.
Owner, Jessica Angebrandt, helps women over 40 build muscle, regain energy and lose fat through her strength training and coaching programs, leaving them feeling confident, healthy, and strong. When working with Jessica you will learn how to build strength safely. Each program connects the exercise component with other skills and habits that enhance the work you do in your home gym. She offers education, support and accountability to achieve being your healthy personal best.
Services include:
Online wellness and nutrition coaching, personal training services at your home, live online weight training sessions, in person meal prep workshops.
Jessica has been in the Health and Fitness Industry for 30 years! She holds a Bachelors Degree in Health and Fitness/Nutrition, is a certified pn1 coach, GGS certified menopause specialist, and yogafit level 3.
