Perfect whether you are looking to begin strength training with no prior experience or to revamp a current strength training/fitness routine.  Jessica offers progressive training plans based on your specific goals.

Personal training sessions are a great opportunity to receive individual instruction and build confidence around weight training.

I feel blessed to have had 2 personal training sessions with Jessica! I was completely out of shape, with no plan of attack. After my first visit, she drafted a personalized training plan. This was important for me because I needed to see a "total body strength" workout in writing. It was super easy to transition the moves back to my own house. She motivated me to make a positive change, and it has been working. Have also been lucky to enjoy some of the classes offered, and always leave feeling happy for a great, FUN workout!
